This is a keyboard for myself 20 years ago. My right little finger was broken by an accident but neither of my parents took me to the hospital. The little finger recovered as the broken way as shorter than normal ones. Pain was too early to remember until I started to learn typing.

 

My could not reach "Enter" with my right little finger which annoyed my mother a lot because she believes that it is the smart way to type. From that time, I always dream of a keyboard of my own with extended "Enter" for me to reach by my short finger.
